Senior Business Development / IT Sales Manager (Field)

B1 Smart Solutions is expanding its operations in Vietnam as part of the regional growth of NextCore PTE. Ltd., a Singapore-based trading and distribution company delivering high-quality consumer and business products across Southeast Asia.

NextCore specializes in sourcing, importing, distribution, and facilitating market entry for global brands, while B1 Smart Solutions focuses on IT system integration, including:

  • Smart vending solutions
  • Hotel/office/hospital automation & robotics
  • Network & cabling
  • CCTV & access control
  • WiFi systems
  • Server & small dataroom setups

We are building our presence in Vietnam and seeking a strong Senior BD / IT Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue from day one.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, field-focused position requiring strong IT sales experience and local market knowledge. You will generate leads, manage client accounts, conduct on-site assessments, identify customer needs, and deliver tailored IT integration solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams and help us scale our Vietnam operations quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt, qualify, and acquire new clients (construction firms, factories, property managers, hotels, hospitals, distributors)
  • Run on-site assessments and deliver short reports with recommended solutions
  • Prepare proposals and close pilot → full contracts
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design and deliver IT solutions
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and provide weekly reports
  • Collaborate with distributors and arrange demos when needed
  • Stay updated on IT, integration, and automation trends

Requirements

  • Vietnamese + English fluency required
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, BD, or System Integration
  • Proven track record in lead generation, closing deals, and managing accounts
  • Understanding of IT solutions: networks, CCTV, servers, WiFi, automation
  • Existing contacts in construction, industrial parks, or distributors is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with daily field visits, cold outreach, and a results-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • 50 qualified leads
  • 15 site assessments
  • 5 proposals
  • 2–3 signed contracts

Compensation

  • Base salary: 15-50 mil. VND or more
  • Commission: 5–15% of contract value
  • Performance bonuses: Available

B1 Smart Solutions is expanding and seeking 2 Sales/BD interns with ambitions to learn and grow quickly in technology, IT systems, CCTV security, and automation. This is your opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-growing tech company.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, mentorship-driven internship where you'll work directly with the founding team on real business challenges. You'll support our sales operations, learn the full customer journey, and develop skills in business development, customer relationships, and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and help build relationships
  • Support sales operations, track quotations, and manage customer relationships
  • Participate in solution building and product/service presentations
  • Learn business processes, assist with product demos and on-site surveys
  • Work directly with founders and contribute to real business growth
  • Research market trends and competitive landscape
  • Support CRM management and reporting

Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th year students or recent graduates (Business, IT, Engineering, or Marketing preferred)
  • Good communication skills, proactive, and quick learner
  • Passion for technology, IT systems, and automation is a plus
  • Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment
  • No prior experience required - we provide training from day one
  • Vietnamese + English fluency is an advantage
